Openweight Championship to be defended at Dragon Gate!

Pro Wrestling Revolution Openweight Champion “El Rey de las Pesadillas’ El Cucuy will face Ishin at Dragon Gate Pro-Wrestling with his title on the line.

They will face off at the Kobe Sambo Hall in Kobe, Japan on Saturday, December 27th, 2025.

We are excited to the exposure that our title is getting, and where it goes from here. We are thankful for our continued partnership with Dragon Gate Pro-Wrestling.

El Hijo del Santo retires!

A monumental figure in Lucha Libre and Mexican Culture has retired after a remarkable career. I’ve had the chance to work with him on many projects, and as a former Pro Wrestling Revolution World Tag Team Champion, his legacy speaks for itself.

He captured the World Tag Team Titles alongside his greatest rival, Blue Demon Jr., and successfully defended them in Mexico. Unfortunately, an injury prevented him from continuing to defend the titles, leading to him being stripped of the championship. We are grateful for his contributions to Lucha Libre on a global scale and wish him all the best as he enjoys his newfound time with family.

I’m appreciative of the journey I was able to share with him.

We are beyond excited about these opportunities and proud to be lead the way in promoting Mexican cultural events across the United States.

Gracias Mexican Heritage Plaza

We are thrilled to continue our partnership with The School of Arts and Culture at the Mexican Heritage Plaza, especially after our participation in the vibrant Avenida de Altares event.

This occasion was a remarkable celebration of passion and cultural expression, allowing us to engage deeply with the community and share in the rich traditions that define it. We are grateful for the opportunity to be involved in such meaningful events and eagerly anticipate the future as our collaboration flourishes and expands.

Each event strengthens our connection, and we look forward to creating more unforgettable experiences together.

Thank you Eastridge Center!

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Eastridge Center for inviting us to their “Dia de Los Muertos” celebration, where Pro Wrestling Revolution proudly showcased our cultural heritage through Lucha Libre.

This event marked a historic first for the mall, and we are truly honored to have been the pioneers in making it happen.

We eagerly anticipate future collaborations.

El Cucuy to DragonGate Pro Wrestling!

El Cucuy, known as “El Rey de las Pesadillas”, is set to make his triumphant return to DragonGate Pro Wrestling as part of the “King of Gate 2025.” We are thrilled to witness his comeback in Japan, especially in collaboration with our esteemed partners at DragonGate Pro Wrestling.

Cucuy arrives as the newly crowned Open weight Champion of Pro Wrestling Revolution, and we eagerly anticipate the energy and prestige he will bring to the title. His presence is sure to elevate the competition and showcase the excellence of our brand.

The last time one of our championships graced DragonGate was when Viento held the Jr. Heavyweight Championship.

We take immense pride in Cucuy’s dedication and preparation for this return, and we are confident he will represent Pro Wrestling Revolution with honor and distinction. We are proud that he is trained at the Pro Wrestling Revolution Academy and he will take that with him.

Celebrating the rich culture of Lucha Libre!

Pro Wrestling Revolution is committed to celebrating and sharing the rich culture of Lucha Libre, and this year has truly been a remarkable cultural journey. Earlier this year, we successfully hosted three events in a single day to honor Mexico’s Independence Day, showcasing the vibrancy and spirit of this beloved tradition.

On November 1st, 2025, we are thrilled to take on the challenge once more as we celebrate “Dia de los Muertos,” a significant Mexican holiday dedicated to honoring and remembering our departed loved ones. These lively festivities emphasize the interaction between life and death, and celebrate the continued connection with our loved ones who have gone before us. Once again on this day, we will be present in three different locations simultaneously to mark this special occasion.

Our first set of festivities will happen at the Mexican Heritage Plaza, where Lucha Libre matches will light up the night during their event ‘Avenida de Altares’. Simultaneously, we will make history at Eastridge Shopping Center, hosting matches for the first time ever within the mall. Finally, at the Tech CU Arena, our luchadores will join in celebration with the San Jose Barricuda, enhancing the game-day experience between local athletes and fans.

We are beyond excited about these opportunities and proud to be lead the way in promoting Mexican cultural events across the United States.
