Revolution Champions make their way to WWL!

Pro Wrestling Revolution and the World Wrestling League have to an agreement and will be working together on its shows. World Wrestling League will be working with Pro Wrestling Revolution’s owner, Gabriel Ramirez on booking talent for their shows and of course having our talent on their shows. At this time, we have come to an agreement and Pro Wrestling Revolution is sending two of its top world champions.

“El Patron” Oliver John from La Migra®, Pro Wrestling Revolution Heavyweight Champion, is on his way to Puerto Rico for this massive show, billed as “Idols of Wrestling”. On this show is Blue Demon Jr., so what is going to happen, only time will tell. This adds to the location of their feuds, Arizona, California, New York, New Jersey, Tijuana, Mexico City and now Puerto Rico. Our newly crowned Pro Wrestling Revolution Womans World Champion, Melissa Anderson makes her way to WWL with an open invitation to meet whomever WWL has in mind. Being one of the world’s top female wrestlers allows you to have that much confidence.

We are very proud to have Pro Wrestling Revolution represented on World Wrestling League’s inaugural show, that is sure to change Puerto Rico wrestling.

¡Viva la Revolución!

Thank you San Francisco

San Francsico, what a night, great show, great vibe, and of course, our largest crowd at this venue, yet. Working with the school for neatly 5 years now, we have had the crowd always support the community but this show, had a different feel, there were fans from our shows, from other towns, from our marketing and good old fashion word of mouth.

We had record sales online, we had a large will call list, and going into the show, we all had a incredible vibe. We had a sold out crowd, with disappointed fans turned away , fans who decided to leave and scalped their tickets to others, it was something incredible.

All the wrestlers had the same special vibe and went out and delivered an incredible show that fans will not soon forget. The crowd was diverse and all had come to see their favorites, as you could look out and see t-shirts of their favorite Revolution stars, El Mariachi™ , Ultimo Panda, Blue Demon Jr., Pro Wrestling Revolution and believe it or not, La Migra® as well.

We had the debut of Dark Angel from Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) as she came in to battle Melissa Anderson for the Pro Wrestling Revolution Woman’s World Title, as two prior Womans’ champions call CMLL home, Lady Apache and Princesa Sugey. Dark Angel stole the hearts of all the fans in attendance but Melissa was one step ahead and took home the precious title.

The show was a success for John O’Connell, Pro Wrestling and all the fans. All this was made possible by our sponsors, and we can’t thank you enough. We will see you next year!

¡Viva la Revolución!

Legends signed for Anniversary Show!

demon_santo_storyPro Wrestling Revolution has come to an agreement to showcase two of Mexico’s biggest names in Lucha Libre. In celebration of Pro Wrestling Revolution’s Five year Anniversary Show, we have gone out and done something we thought could not be possible and now it is finally here.

May 11th, 2013 in Turlock at the Fairgrounds, we are proud to announce that Blue Demon Jr. and El Hijo del Santo will be taking part of  this great event. Blue Demon Jr. has been hinting for quite sometime that he had something that would be his equalizer in helping him with his feud with the Border Patrol®, and now he has it.

Blue Demon Jr. is a 2 time Pro Wrestling Revolution World Heavyweight Champion and having his presence on our anniversary show was a must.

El Hijo del Santo, is a political activist and one of the most successful stars in Lucha Libre. He is the youngest son of the legendary professional wrestler, film actor and Mexican folk hero El Santo.

We look forward to what is next for this event and Pro Wrestling Revolution is as excited as our fans are.

Pro Wrestling Revolution Champion stripped of World Title

Pro Wrestling Revolution!Pro Wrestling Revolution, as a company, has come to a decision that was very difficult but at this moment, current Pro Wrestling Revolution Woman’s Champion – La Diabolica has been stripped of her world title. The reasons behind this decision are something we are going to respect the wishes of La Diabolica, and keep private. As hard it was, we needed to make the decision to what is best for the belt and the company.

We wish La Diabolica the best and hope we can cross paths again in the near future. . She is by far underrated in the world of woman’s wrestling and we are proud to have had her as one of our champions.

The Pro Wrestling Revolution Woman’s Title, for the first time is vacated. We are looking to decide on what is next in line in order to continue the prestige of this world title.

In the Spring of 2012 IMPACT WRESTLING brought the TNA Gut Check to Spike TV! Alex Silva, Taeler Hendrix, Sam Shaw, Wes Brisco and Christian York have all passed their Gut Checks to earn a spot on the roster. Now, the competition is getting even bigger!

Previously, the TNA Gut Check contestant would wrestle a member of the IMPACT WRESTLING roster in an attempt to impress the judges! Starting on Thursday’s broadcast, TWO Gut Check contestants will compete head-to-head. They will tell their story and face off against each other in the Gut Check match! The judging panel (Sr. VP of Talent Relations Bruce Prichard, Sr. Director of Talent Relations Al Snow, and former Two-Time World Champion Taz) will evaluate both wrestlers performance and give their final verdict on the January 17 IMPACT broadcast.

Tune in Thursday night to find out who these two new TNA Gut Check contestants are and follow their journey!
