Thank you Santa Clara County Fair

Pro Wrestling Revolution made its debut at the Santa Clara County Fair, and we could not be any more thankful for the experience. Our company is based out of San Jose,  so growing up, going to the Fair was an exciting time to enjoy the rides, food, and all of the entertainment the fair had to offer, and now, being featured at the Fair, and that is fabulous.

There was a crowd of 1500 fans in the Main Stage stands, cheering and screaming, all having a great time. We saw a diverse crowd and we are proud to be able to entertain them all. The amount of kids that were smiling and reaching out for autographs, and a  “high-five” was something our talent will not soon forget.

This show had it all, from El Mariachi, Pantera Jr and Ultimo Panda walking around with a mariachi band, to the debut of Los Luchas, who turned heads with their ring abilities and to the new era of Hijo de Re Misterio.

Thank you Santa Clara County Fair and we will see you next year. ¡Viva la Revolutuon!

Oakland’s Athletics join the Revolution!

Pro Wrestling Revolution is proud and honored to announce that Major League Baseball’s (MLB) Oakland Athletics will be working together on “Oakland A’s Fiesta Day” on Sunday, September 16th at the Oakand Coliseum. Everybody here at Pro Wrestling Revolution can’t wait to take part in this great day, and to be working with a great historic organization.

Oakland A’s Fiesta Day is from 10:00am – 1:00pm at Oakland Coliseum, in Parking Lot “A” from 10:00am – 1:00pm. Pro Wrestling Revolution’s times are from 10:30am – 11:00am; 11:30am – 12:00pm.

The Athletics’ name originated in the term “Athletic Club” for local gentlemen’s clubs—dates to 1860 when an amateur team, the Athletic (Club) of Philadelphia, was formed. The team later turned professional through 1875, becoming a charter member of the National League in 1876, but were expelled from the N.L. after one season. A later version of the Athletics played in the American Association from 1882–1891.

This is makes the second time Pro Wrestling Revolution works with Major League Baseball (MLB), as we have worked with the San Francisco Giants and now the Oakland’s Athletics. We look forward to seeing you all at “Oakland A’s Fiesta Day” on Sunday, September 16th at the Oakand Coliseum.

¡Viva la Revolución!

Results & Images – Watsonville 07.28.12

A very historic night took place this past Saturday in Watsonville, California. The show was a success on so many levels. We had a crowd well over 750 witness the first lucha libre show filmed in 3D, as we finished a long week of taping. For 8 days, Pro Wrestling Revolution talent and students were interviewed at home, work, at the Training Academy and of course, at the show.

There were cameras there that many of us only have seen on major television events, as it roamed through the entire venue, sweeping from left to right and top to bottom. 3D cameras on scaffolds, at ringside, in the crowd, and it made the show have exactly what it was, our biggest show of the year.

A very proud moment in our company and thankful for all of the people who have supported us, the wrestlers who believed in our vision and the countless sponsors. Thank you for believing, and we delivered a show that Watsonville will never forget. All of our staff and pro wrestlers are looking forward to coming back to Watsonville, as we return on September 16 for the Santa Cruz County Fair. We will see you then!

Nueva Campeóna Feminil

The Pro Wrestling Revolution Woman’s Title changed hands on Saturday, July 28th in Watsonville, California. La Diabolica was able to take the title away from Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) superstar, Lady Apache. The title has been to Japan, Mexico, and of course here in the United States, being defended on CMLL television and various arenas in Mexico.

La Diabolica, is now taking the Pro Wrestling Revolution Woman’s Title to a different part of the world, as both La Diabolica and her new belt, make their way to Lebanon.

Lebanon, officially the Lebanese Republic, is a country in the East Mediterranean. It is bordered by Syria to the north and east, and Israel to the south.

We are excited to have La Diabolica as our  new woman’s champion and giving the title, even more World exposure.
