Latin Grammy nominee, Manuel Romero, to sing at Pro Wrestling Revolution show, May 30th in Milpitas. We are so excited to have such a talent of this nature open our show. We may even get a chance to hear him sing a song from his collection at the event. What a night this is going to be!
Manuel sang for Pope John Paul II during one of his visits to Mexico and has performed at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. He has performed with the Silicon Valley Symphony and Diablo Symphony Orchestra and in Mariachi Festivals throughout the country as well as “Despierta America†and “Furia Musical†and the “Jenny Jones Showâ€.
Manuel is a favorite to open sports events by singing the National Anthem. The Oakland A’s, Oakland Raiders, San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49er’s, San Jose Sharks and the Golden State Warriors have all delighted their fans with Manuel as their invited artist. Manuel has received the International Trebby Award for best popular album and song of the year for self-titled album Manuel Romero. Pro Wrestling Revolution continues to make big moves behind the scenes on international talent. On the heels of agreeing to brining in 1000% Guapo Shocker, the next name to come to the front is from Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre in Mexico, he is Mephisto. This talent  is a second generation luchador, as his father. Astro Rey. was a well respected luchador. Mephisto  long time leader of the CMLL base stable Los Infernales Satánico has made himself a name to contend with in Mexico and in Japan.
The city of Bakersfield needs to be ready for the revolution that is coming their way. Pro Wrestling Revolution and radio station La Campesina 92.5 have joined forces for our event at the Bakersfield Dome on June 27th, 2009. With a loaded line up scheduled to appear, La Campesina knew it was an opportunity to give back to the community and help provide quality and affordable entertainment and for thank we are thankful and look forward to working with them for our shows throughout California.
La Preciosa 92.3 – Ãrea de la bahÃa has joined the Revolución for our huge show in Milpitas on May 30th at Milpitas High School. We have built such a great relationship with the chain of “La Preciosa” through out California. It started in Santa Maria, Bakersfield, Salinas-Monterey and now the Bay Area.

Pro Wrestling Revolution returns to San Francisco with its biggest show yet. The feud between Oliver John and lucha libre legend, Blue Demon Jr. continues, and it will continue at John O’ Connell.  Every since his victory over Gangrel in November of 2008 in San Jose, Oliver John has been on a vendetta to take on Blue Demon’s NWA World’s Title, and has gone on to call himself the real World’s Champion. The NWA Heritage Title is now in the hands of Oliver John, making him a double champion in the National Wrestling Alliance, only fueling his fire.
